Esquire: How to drink all night without getting drunk


This is logical advice (that I’ve never heard before) for those of you about to go partake on your Friday. Though the one teaspoon of yeast per beer guideline is probably impractical unless you need to drink professionally (like Jim Koch does), taking yeast immediately before drinking will help mitigate enough alcohol to extend your night. Remember to play it safe and not drive when you’ve been drinking, regardless of how much yeast you eat beforehand.
